Ingredients:

Farsz: 1,2 - 1,5 kg słodkiej białej kapusty (mała główka), 30 dag tłustego białego sera, 4 duże cebule, łyżeczka masła, 2 łyżki oliwy, sól, pieprz.
Ciasto: 0,5 kg mąki pszennej, 1 jajko, sól

Prepare instructions:

Z mąki, jajka, 1 szklanki wody i dużej szczypty soli zagnieść ciasto.
Kapustę drobno poszatkować, zalać wrzątkiem (aby ją przykrył) wsypać 1 łyżeczkę soli, gotować do miękkości.
Cebulę drobno posiekać przesmażyć na wyraźnie rumiano na oliwie z masłem.
Ser dobrze rozgnieść lub przepuścić przez maszynkę.
Kapustę odcedzić, ostudzić, mocno odcisnąć wodę i posiekać drobno lub zemleć w maszynce. Połączyć ser, kapustę i cebulę, wymieszać, doprawić solą i pieprzem. Ciasto rozwałkować cienko. Wykrawać szklanką krążki, nakładać po łyżeczce farszu i dokładnie sklejać brzegi. Gotować w osolonym wrzątku do wypłynięcia. Podawać polane stopioną słoniną lub boczkiem ze skwarkami. W wersji jarskiej można polać oliwą z odrobiną przyrumienionej cebuli. Bardzo dobre są także odsmażone na rumiano. Smacznego.

Te pierogi robię obowiązkowo na Wigilię ale zamiast oliwy używam masła. Raj dla podniebienia...:)))

Pierogi przepyszne a sam farsz wprost cudowny robilam juz je pare razy i ostatnio do farszu dodalam troche gotowanych ziemniakow byly bardzo dobre goraco polecam:)
