Pierogi z bobem

Ingredients:

FARSZ
1 kg bobu
1-2 cebule
1-2 ząbki czosnku przeciśnięte przez praskę
sól lub kostka warzywna
pieprz
OPCJONALNIE
2 łyżki siekanego koperku
200 g boczku

CIASTO
1 kg mąki pszennej
1 szkl gorącego mleka
4 jaja
100 g masła
2 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany
sól

Prepare instructions:

FARSZ
Bób myjemy i gotujemy do miękkości (ok. 10-20 minut) we wrzątku z kostką warzywną lub solą. Studzimy i ucieramy z łupinkami na papkę. Posiekaną cebulę podsmażamy i dodajemy do bobu. Doprawiamy.
Można do farszu dodać posiekany koperek i podsmażony boczek lub posypać nim już ugotowane pierogi.

CIASTO
Do mąki z solą wlać gorące mleko i dodać masło o temperaturze pokojowej. Wyrobić łyżką lub mikserem. Dodać jajka i śmietanę. Zagnieść ciasto. Jeśli byłoby zbyt luźne dodać mąki.

Formujemy pierogi. Wrzucamy pierogi do osolonego wrzątku z łyżką oliwy. Czekamy aż wypłyną. Podajemy ze smażonym boczkiem lub cebulką i koperkiem.

Dobry do tego jest zimny kefir lub maślanka.

spróbuje tego przepisu z ta róznica że ciasto na pierogi zrobie z maki pełnoziarnistej...dam znać jak wyszło :)
