Ingredients:

12 kromek chleba razowego

wędlina krojona 3 laseczki

pomidory świeże 3 {lub suszone}

pieczarki 0.20dkg

cebula 2 szt.

ząbek czosnku

zioła suszone {bazylia,tymianek}

ser żółty 025 dkg

oliwa 100ml

Prepare instructions:

Mieszamy oliwę z czosnkiem {przeciśniętym przez praskę} ziołami solą i pieprzem .

Piekarnik nagrzewamy na 190-200stopni C

W nasmarowanej ,żaroodpornej misce układamy chleb {6 kromek},smarujemy mieszaniną oliwy i ziół na tym kładziemy pokrojoną wędlinę posypuję startym serem{połową}.

Nastepnie reszta chleba ,ponownie smarujemy oliwą ,układamy pokrojone pomidory ,reszta sera .Jeśłi pomidory są świeże solę je odrobinę.Zapiekam 25-30 minut .Po wyjęciu z piekarnika zapiekanka powinna chwilę odpocząć i gotowe.

Najczęściej robie taką pizze {?}kiedy kupię za dużo chleba .

jest jeszcze drugi prostszy sposób przygotowania........chleb układamy na blasze smarujemy olwą,układamy na nim pieczarki cebule paprykę wędlinę......następnie ser i zapiekamy okło 20 min. wtemp, 180 stopni

Musze sprobowac na chlebie razowym - szybkie mini "pizze" zawsze robilam na chlebie tostowym. Fajny przepis - Pozdrawiam !

Irenka - chodziło mi o to, że w opisie wykonania cebula i pieczarki nie zostały w ogóle uwzględnione.
