Placek drożdżowy a'la pizza

Ingredients:

5 dag drożdży
2 łyżeczki cukru
1/2 łyżeczki soli
1/4 szklanki oliwy
1/2 kg maki
2 jajka
żółtko
1 szklanka mleka
1/4 kostki margaryny
1 czerwona papryka
10 dag szynki
10 dag wędzonego boczku
10 dag żółtego sera
garść pestek słonecznika, dyni lub sezamu

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę roztapiamy. Drożdże rozkruszamy i mieszamy z cukrem, aż się rozpuszczą. Wlewamy do mąki. Dodajemy jajka i żółtko. Wlewamy oliwę, ciepłe mleko i margarynę. Mieszamy i wyrabiamy ciasto.
Paprykę myjemy, usuwamy gniazdo nasienne. Wraz z serem, szynką i boczkiem kroimy w kostkę i dodajemy do ciasta. Wsypujemy połowę pestek, solimy i mieszamy. Wylewamy na natłuszczoną blachę. Odstawiamy do wyrośnięcia. Wierzch posypujemy pozostałymi pestkami. Pieczemy ok. 45 minut w piekarniku rozgrzanym do temperatury 200 stopni.

Dziwny ten przepis.Zle proporcje. Szczegolnie to 5dag.drożdży na 12kg mąki mnie zaszokowalo.Radzę poprawić bo przepis jest bardzo niezrozumialy.

Edytowałam i poprawiłam - podejrzewam, że autorka zjadła "slash" między cyframi i niektóre jednostki miary uległy nieplanowanemu zwiększeniu.
