Placek śmietanowy z malinami

Ingredients:

Kruche ciasto:
190 g mąki,
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,
125 g masła,
75 g cukru,
2 łyżki mleka,
1 jajo

Masa:
500 ml mleka,
1 op. budyniu waniliowego,
500 g kwaśnej śmietany,
250 g mrożonych malin

tłuszcz do formy,
cukier puder

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Z mąki wymieszanej z proszkiem do pieczenia, posiekanego masta, cukru, mleka i jaja zagnieść ciasto, zawinąć w folię spożywczą i chłodzić ok. 30 minut.
Tortownicę (26 cm średnicy) natłuścić, wyłożyć ciastem
i uformować niewysoki brzeg.
Masa i przygotowanie:
4 łyżki mleka wymieszać z proszkiem budyniowym. Pozostałe mleko zagotować, dodać budyń i ponownie zagotować. Naczynie zdjąć z ognia, budyń wystudzić, co jakiś czas mieszając. Do budyniu dodać śmietanę, wymieszać. Masę wyłożyć na ciasto.
Piekarnik rozgrzać do 175°C. Na masę budyniowo-śmietanową wyłożyć maliny Ciasto piec ok, 60 minut, wyjąć z piekarnika i wystudzić. Placek podawać oproszony przesianym cukrem pudrem.

Czy masa ma byc calkowicie bez cukru? Jakiej smietany uzyc?

Bez cukru, Gotowy placek oprósza się cukrem pudrem. Jednak można użyć budyniu z cukrem.
