Ingredients:

1 litr obranych i pokrojonych w ósemki jabłek plus 3 łyżki cukru
25 dag margaryny
1 szklanka mąki ziemniaczanej
2 szklanki mąki pszennej
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
ok. 1,5 szkl cukru
6 jaj

*1 szklanka = 250ml

Prepare instructions:

Margarynę rozpuścić z cukrem. Gdy ostygnie, utrzeć, dodając po 1 jajku, następnie stopniowo oba rodzaje mąki (ziemniaczana i pszenna) wymieszanej z proszkiem do pieczenia. Połączyć z jabłkami.
Piec ok. 30 min w temp. 180 stopni C.

Po upieczeniu posypać cukrem pudrem.

Placek piecze sie w zaleznosci od piekarnika - od 0,5 nawet do godziny. Najlepiej sprawdzic cienkim patyczkiem, jesli jest suchy - placek jest gotowy ;)

Ja zamiast mąki ziemniaczanej dałam żytnią i wyszło przepysznie :) i posypka z brązowego cukru! mniam

Szujka dziekuje za wyprobowanie przepisu i za tworczosc, szkoda tylko,ze zdjecia nie wstawilas - pozdrowionka :)
