Placek z nutellą

Ingredients:

1-Placek: biszkopt z 8 jaj

2-Masa z galaretek:
   2 galaretki brzoskwiniowe
   1 puszka brzoskwiń

3- słoik nutelli

4-Krem
   1 masło lub margaryna
   4 żółtka
   3 ⁄4 szklanki cukru
   2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
   1/2 l mleka

5-Duża paczka biszkoptów+wódka do nasączania

6-Krem śmietanowo-galaretkowy
   1 galaretka (żeby placek nie wyglądał bezpłciowo,czerwoną)
   400ml śmietany kremówki

7- Gorzka czekolada

Prepare instructions:

1- Upiec biszkopt z 8 jaj i przekroić na pół

2- 2 galaretki brzoskwiniowe rozpuścić w 2 szklankach wody,
    jak zaczną tężeć dodać do nich sok z brzoskwiń i pokrojone
    w kostkę brzoskwinie i przełożyć przekrojony biszkopt.

3-Wierzch biszkoptu posmarować rozgrzaną nutellą.

4. Na nutellę wyłożyć krem: żółtka utrzeć z 3/4 szklanki cukru
   dodać 2 łżki mąki ziemniaczanej i 1/2 l mleka, zagotować- po

   wystudzeniu połączyć z masłem lub margaryną.

5- Na krem wyłożyć biszkopty nasączone wódką.

6.Biszkopty zalewamy kremem śmietanowo-galaretkowym:
   galaretkę rozpuścić w 1 szklance wody gdy zacznie tężeć dodać
   do ubitej śmietany.

7.Na wierzch zetrzeć gorzką czekoladę.

Brzmi apetycznie. Trochę się boję,że można zasłodzić się nim "na amen" (jak często mówiła moja babcia :)), ale mimo to wrzucam do ulubionych z zamiarem przetestowania w najbliższym czasie :D

Wbrew pozorom placek nie będzie za słodki. nutelli jest cieniutki paseczek. Też nie jestem zwolenniczką zbyt słodkich wypieków. To jest delikatne, lekkie naprawdę pyszne, jedno z moich ulubionych.
