500 gr korzenia pietruszki
1 duza cebula
jajko cale
sol
pieprz
oliwa z oliwek
natka pietruszki ( 3 krzaczki)
starty ser zolty
kto lubi podsmazony boczek w bardzo drobna kosteczke
pieczarki

Prepare instructions:

Pietruszke obieramy i obgotowywujemy tak zeby zmiekla ale zeby sie nie rozpadala.Po ugotowaniu zostawiamy do ostygniecia.
Cebule kroimy w maja kosteczke i smazymy na oliwie do zezlocenia.
Po wystudzeniu pietruszki scieramy ja na recznej tarce na srednich badz malych oczkach ( powinna byc na tyle miekka zeby po dodaniu jajka otrzmac jednolita konsystencje),dodajemy jajko,przyprawy,cebule,natke pietruszki oczywiscie poszatkowana,i ser jak ktos lubi,wszytsko mieszamy do uzyskania jednolitej masy ( powinna byc zblizona do masy kotletow mielonych,nie lejaca sie)

Oliwe rzgrzewamy na patelni lyzka stolowa nakladamy na patelnie ( badz formujemy wczesniej reka ) i splaszczone placuszki obsmazamy do zarumienienia.

Witam, przepis wydaje się bardzo ciekawy, tylko jak wykorzystać te pieczarki, które są wymienione w składnikach?

Pieczarki mozna dodac krojac je na drobna kostke,obsmazyc na oleju/oliwie i zimne doddac do calej masy.
Ja zawsze dodaje ser dla lepszego zwarcia masy,ale mozna obtoczyc je w bulce tartej jak kotlety mielone,polecam z sosem serowym rewelacja
