Ingredients:

5 jaj, 1 łyżka kakao, 1 łyżka mielonej kawy, 2 łyżki cukru, 2 łyżki tartej bułki, 1 szkl mielonych orzechów, 1\2 paczki rodzynek, szczyptę proszku do pieczenia.

Budyń.
4 żółtka, 1\2 szkl cukru, 2 łyżki mąki pszennej, 1 szkl mocnego naparu z kawy,
1 kostka masła, 2 galaretki wiśniowe, 60 dkg ptasiego mleczka.

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Z powyższych skLadników ubić ciasto , wylać na formę wyłożoną pergaminem, wstawić do piekarnika .Piec 40 minut w temp 175⁰C.Po upieczeniu ostudzić
i przekroić ciasto na pó i naponczować.

Budyń:
Żółtka utrzeć z cukrem, dodać mąkę, napar z kawy.
Tak ubitą masę wlewamy do rondelka, ubijając podgrzewamy na małym ogniu
aby powstał budyń. Ugotowany budyń ostudzić.
Utrzeć masło dodawać po 1 łyżce zimnego kremu.

Galaretki rozpuścić w 2 szkl wody.

Przełożenie:
Placek - 1\2 masy - ptasie mleczko ułożyć w pasy - szczeliny zalać tężejącą
galaretką - reszta masy - placek - polewa.

kiedyś robiłam takie ciacho jest bardzo dobre i super wygląda

Po pierwsze na jak dużą blaszkę to jest przepis
po drugie czy łatwo jest przekroić to ciasto może lepiej piec na dwóch blaszkach
po trzecie ten budyń ma być ugotowany na jednej szklance naparu z kawy?
o jakim smaku ptasie mleczko
wygląda dość ciekawie chcialabym sprubować

Przepraszam,że tak późno odpisuję. Ja piekę w blaszce 29x40, łatwo go przekroić na pół,a budyń faktycznie gotuje się na 1 szkl naparu z kawy.Przecież razem z żółtkami cukrem i mąką ubijasz na małym ogniu aż zrobi się budyń, jeżeli chodzi o smak pyasiego mleczka , możesz sobie dać dowolny smak . Pozdrawiam
