Placuszki z twarożkiem

Very easy

Ingredients:

3 jajka
50 g mąki
50 g twarożku
2 łyżeczki cukru
trochę cukru waniliowego

Prepare instructions:

Rozdzielamy żółtka od białek. Do żółtek dodajemy mąkę, twarożek, cukier i cukier waniliowy.
Białka ubijamy do momentu, kiedy zmienią barwę z przezroczystej na biały i dodajemy je do wyrobionego ciasta.
Smażymy na patelni teflonowej bez oleju.

Mała rada: ciasto przed dodaniem białek nie musi być idealnie wymieszane. Do wymieszania wszystkiego razem przydać sie może robot kuchenny.

Zdaje sie że podobne placuszki robi Nigella.

Moja droga ja też robię takie placuszki,oczywiście inne proporcje i wogóle ale też są to twarogowe cudeńka,uwielbiam je po prostu-polecam mój przepis:) http://www.gotowanie.wkl.pl/przepis29030.html

Tak niedawno Nigella piekla te placuszki ale twarogu dala 250 g a pozostale skladniki bez zmian

Nie wiem ile dawała Nigella, bo nie oglądałam tego programu. Ja robię z 50 g twarożku i są dobre :D Ale jak ktoś woli 250 g, to niech daje 250.
