Ingredients:

kostka margaryny do pieczenia,
3 szklanki mąki,
4 jajka(białka i żółtka osobno )
1 szklanka cukru,
1łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,
2-3 łyżki ciemnego kakao,
słoik marmolady lub powideł najlepiej kwaskowych śliwkowych ,z czarnej porzeczki ,ale inna tez sie nada byle nie taka sklepowa galaretka,cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

przygotowanie:

mąkę,żółtka,margarynę,proszek do pieczenia i cukier waniliowy zagnieść,w razie potrzeby podsypać mąką,zagniecione ciasto podzielic na 3 części ,jedną cześć troszke wiekszą.większą cześć wyłożyć na blaszce ( standardowa do sernika)druga włożyć do zamrażarki,trzecią zagnieść z kakao i też wlożyć do zamrażarki.na wyłożone na blaszce ciasto rozsmarowac dżem,na to zetrzec ciemne ciasto,na to ubitą z bialek i szklanki cukru piene i na to zetrzezc trzecią cześć ciasta.piec ok 45 min w 180 stopniach.wystudzone posypac cukrem pudrem smacznego :)
