Pomidorowa marmolada z ginem

Ingredients:

1 kg miesistych pomidorow
1 cytryna /skorka i sok/
750 g cukru zelujacego
250 g pomidorkow czeresniowych
8 lyzek ginu
kilka galazek oregano
sol
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Pomidory przelac goraca a potem zimna woda, zdjac skorke. Przekroic. Usunac pestki. Rozmiksowac.
Rozmiksowane pomidory wlozyc do garnka, wymieszac z otarta skorka z cytryny i z sokiem wycisnietym z tejze cytryny. Dodac cukier zelujacy.
Gotowac razem 5 minut.
W miedzyczasie umyc pomidory czeresniowe, pokroic na cwiertki, dodac do garnka. Wmieszac gin.
Oregano umyc, wysuszyc, oberwac listeczki i wmieszac je do marmolady.
Doprawic wszystko do smaku sola i pieprzem.
Goraca marmolade nalozyc do sloikow, zamknac, obrocic do gory dnem.

Mari, bardzo chetnie bym wyprobowala, ale znow nie mam tego cukru zelujacego....:((( Wlasnie szukam przepisow na pomidorowe przetwory, ale co ja moge zrobic bez tego cukru??? czy moze dac normalny i gotowac dluzej????

Marylko, mysle ze mozna uzyc normalnego cukru, tyle ze bedziesz musiala pogotowac dluzej i prawdopodobnie zamiast galaretki, charakterystycznej dla cukru zelujacego bedziesz miala gesty syrop, jak w konfiturach smazonych trydycyjna metoda. Zycze udanego "przetworu".
