Very easy

Ingredients:

210 g cukru,
2 łyżki wody,
1 duża łyżka płynnego miodu,
210 g sezamu,
1 opakowanie ziaren słonecznika,
1 opakowanie pestek dyni.

Prepare instructions:

Sezam wsypać na suchą patelnię i prażyc do momentu, gdy zacznie intensywnie pachniec i zmieniać kolor. Uważać,by nie przypalił się,bo będzie niesmaczny.
Do granka wsypać cukier i dodać wodę. Należy poczekać aż cukier się rozpuści. Mieszać dopiero gdy zbrązowieje.
Do gotowego karmelu dodać miód i zamieszać drewnianą łyżką.
Do powstałej masy wsypać kolejno: sezam, pestki i ziarna.
Zawartośc garnka wylać na pergamin i cienko rozsmarować.
Kroić, gdy lekko ostygnie,by potem łatwiej było oddzielić kawałki sezamków.

Cinnamon napisz ile ważą pestki słonecznika i dyni bo moga być różne opakowania. Chętnie wypróbuję przepis.

Używałam opakowań po 100 g,aczkolwiek nie wsypyałąm wszytskiego... Pozdrawiam.
