puszyste naleśniki z masą i czereśniami

Very easy

Ingredients:

2,5 szkl. mąki,
2 szkl. mleka,
2 jaja,
1 łyzka oleju,
0,5 szkl. cukru,
szczypta soli,
2 kostki twarogu,
2 jaja,
100 g cukru,
czereśnie,
maślanka naturalna.

Prepare instructions:

Mąkę przesiać do miski.
Dodać do niej mleko, 2 żółtka, cukier, olej i ew. aromat waniliowy.
Zmiksować.
Białka wraz ze szczyptą soli ubić na sztywną pianę.
Painę delikatnie dodać do powstałego ciasta.
Usmażyć naleśniki na odrobinie tłuszczu. Najlepiej smarować patelnię pędzlem zamoczonym w oleju.

Twaróg wymieszać z cukrem i żółtkami.
Białka ubić na sztywną pianę.
Wymieszać je delikatnie z masą.

Każdy naleśnik posmarować serem.
Naczynie żaroodporne wysmarować masłem.
Ułożyć jedną warstwę naleśników, położyć na nie trochę czereśni (lub innych owoóćw) i polać maślanką.
Ułożyć w ten sposób kilka warstw.
Zapiekać je około 20 minut w 190°C.

jaK CI napisałam wcześniej powiem ci jak mi wyszło a więc są bardzo dobre szysbko się robi łatwo i tanio! polecam!! ja jedynie zmieniłam troszkę ponieważ miałam ser mascarpone wymieszałam z ricottą(biały ser) a jako owoce dodałam pokrojone w kostkę brzoskwinie z puszki ....pychotka
