Ingredients:

CIASTO:
-1 szkl mąki pszennej
-1/2 kostki margaryny
-1 szkl wody
-5 jajek
-1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
KREM:
-2 żółtka
-2/3 szkl cukru pudru
-1 margaryna Kasia
-2 budynie śmietankowe

Prepare instructions:

CIASTO: Zagotować wodę z margaryną. Gdy margaryna się rozpuści wsypywać powoli mąkę−energicznie mieszając aby nie było grudek.Gdy zgęstnieje odstawić do ostygnięcia. Następnie wbić jajka i ucierać mikserem na gładką masę. Ciasto nakładać na posmarowaną blaszkę w formie kółek szprycą lub łyżką (wcześniej moczyć ją w wodzie−wtedy ciasto będzie ładnie odchodzić od łyżki). Piec ok.35 minut−aż się zarumienią / w temp.180 st.C.

JEŚLI PIEKARNIK MA TERMOOBIEG TO MOŻNA PIEC 2 BLASZKI PTYSI RAZEM.

KREM: Ugotować budyń wg przepisu na opakowaniu i zostawić do ostygnięcia. Miękką margarynę utrzeć z żółtkami i cukrem pudrem. Miksując dodawać po łyżce budyniu.Utrzeć na gładką masę.Krem wyłożyć na spód ciastka i przykryć wierzchem.Całość posypać cukrem pudrem. Schłodzić w lodówce.
Ptysie można też przełożyć ubitą śmietaną kremówką z dodatkiem cukru pudru i odrobiny rozpuszczonej żelatyny(zdj. 4)

Mam pytanie pani Halinko: ile z porcji już gotowych ptysi powstaje z ilości składników które pani podała? Taka ilość co na zdjęciach?
