Puding daktylowy z sosem tofi i lodami waniliowymi

Ingredients:

Puding:

- 350g daktyle suszone bez pestek
- 100g masło
- 350g cukier
- 600g woda
- 2 łyżeczki sody
- 4 jaja
- 350g mąka
- 15g proszek do pieczenia

Sos:

- 200g masło
- 200g cukier muscovado
- 500g śmietana 30%

Dekoracja:

lody waniliowe

Prepare instructions:

Puding:
1. Zagotować daktyle, masło, cukier, wodę. Gotować.
2. Zdjąć z ognia i wsypać sodę.
3. Połączyć ze sobą mąkę, proszek do pieczenia, jaja i powstałą masę z daktyli.
4. Piec ok 45- 50 min w temp. 180°c.

Sos:
1. Masło, cukier muscovado, śmietanę zagotować ze sobą.

Muscovado to ciemny brązowy cukier, najczęściej używany do wypieków :) Do kupienia w raczej każym supermarkecie... :)

Jak długo gotować daktyle w wodzie ? Czy mąkę z daktylami i jajami można wymieszać mikserem czy delikatnie połączyć ? Bardzo nieprecyzyjny ten przepis a mam ochotę wypróbować.
