Pulpety mięsne po meksykańsku

Ingredients:

70 dag mielonej wołowiny,
2 średnie cebule,
2 zielone papryki,
2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego,
200 ml rosołu (może być z kostki)
15 dag kukurydzy konserwowej,
2 łyżki mąki,
2 łyżki oleju słonecznikowego,
2 łyżeczki sproszkowanego chili,
1/2 łyżeczki sproszkowanego kminku,
pieprz i sól do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Mielone mięso doprawić solą i pieprzem. Dokładnie wymieszać. Podzielić na 10 równych części. z każdej części uformować kulkę. Każą obtoczyć w mące i obsmażyć na oleju na złoty kolor. Wyjąć pulpety i przełożyć w cieple miejsce. Pozostały po smażeniu tłuszcz przełożyć do rondla. Usmażyć na nim pozbawioną gniazd nasiennych i pokrojoną w kostkę paprykę oraz obraną i drobno posiekaną cebulę. Dodać obsmażone pulpety, koncentrat pomidorowy, chili i kminek. Podlać rosoem. Dusić ok 20 min. Pod koniec duszenia dodać kukurydzę.

świetny przepis - łatwy i nie poruszjący budżetu ;)

ja dodałam jeszcze pomidorki z puszki i czosnek, a pozbyłam się kminku, bo nie lubię.

Powiem krotko,jestem bardzo wybredna co do potraw,ale ten przepis na prawde jest super.Lubie sama gotowac bo jestem wybredna co do potraw i w restauracjach trudno mnie dopiescic,ale ten przepis proponuje zapisac sobie.Jednym slowem mowiac to jest przepyszne super extra zadawalajace danie.

Pyszne. Zastanawia mnie tylko ta ilość chili...uwielbiamy ostre,ale ta ilość nas poraziła:)następnym razem zmniejsze ilość i będzie git:)
