Ingredients:

250g mięsa mielonego
ok. 3/4 szklanki bułki tartej
pól cebuli
1 jajko
śmietana 18%
pęczek koperku
mąka
bulion, może być z kostki
przyprawy: warzywko, pieprz, pieprz ziołowy, papryka słodka i ostra, tymianek, czosnek granulowany

Prepare instructions:

do mięsa wbijamy jajko, wsypujemy bułkę tartą, dodajemy drobno posiekaną cebulę.
Przyprawiamy 1 łyżką warzywka, po płaskiej łyżeczce pieprzu, papryk, czosnku granulowanego, pieprzu ziołowego, czubatą łyżeczkę tymianku
mięso wyrabiamy, jeśli jest zbyt zwarte dolewamy troszkę wody
z mięsa lepimy pulpety o średnicy ok. 3cm, obtaczamy je w mące
w rondlu gotujemy bulion lub 3 szklanki wody z kostką rosołową
do wrzącej wody wrzucamy pulpety, po 10 minutach zmniejszamy ogień i gotujemy pod przykryciem ok 25min, od czasu do czasu mieszamy by nie przywarło
śmietanę mieszamy z gorącym bulionem i dodajemy do reszty
czubatą łyżkę mąki mieszamy z zimną wodą i zagęszczamy tym sos
następnie dorzucamy posiekany koperek
przyprawiamy do smaku podanymi przyprawami

Podajemy z ziemniakami lub ryżem oraz na przyklad fasolką szparagową. Danie jest proste, smaczne i szybkie. Polecam.

dzisiaj będe próbowal, ze zdjęcia i opisu wygląda apetycznie, podejrzewam ze bedzie i równie smakowalo. Pozdrowionka i podziekowania :)
