Pyszna sałatka na upalne lato

Ingredients:

Składniki dla 4-5 osób:
- 1 woreczek bobu
- 2 opakowania pomidorków koktailowych
- 1 doniczka bazylii
- 1-1,5 kostki fety
- 4-5 ogórków tzw. gruntowych
- sos koperkowo-ziołowy, oliwa, woda lub sos vinegret
- ew. zielone oliwki

Prepare instructions:

1. Ugotować bób w lekko osolonej wodzie, wystudzić i obrać ze skórki.
2. Umyć (ew. obrać), pokroić ogórki w paski.
3. Umyć i porozkrajać na połówki pomidorki.
4. Wymieszać powyższe składniki.
5. Zetrzeć na tarce fetę, przykryć "pierzynką" z fety sałatkę.
6. Na piarzynce z fety ułożyć "dywan" z listków bazylii.
7. Przygotować sos vinegret lub wymieszać w tej proporcji: sos koperkowo-ziołowy (np. Knorr) + 3 łyżki stołowe oliwy + 3 łyżki stołowe chłodnej, przegotowanej wody.

8. Polać sałatkę sosem.
9. Najlepiej podawać schłodzoną.

Zapewniam, że jest pyszna, lekka i sycąca zarazem :)

Szkoda, że nie ma zdjęcia tej sałatki, ani żadnych komentarzy. Czyżby nikt jej nie wypróbował? Muszę koniecznie wypróbować, bo ciekawe połączenie bobu z fetą, a tymczasem zapraszam na sałatkę z arbuza po prostu pychota :) http://okruszka.pl/salatka-z-arbuza-z-feta/
