Ingredients:

pierś z indyka lub pierś z kurczaka (2 podwójne)

brokuły (1 główka lub torebka mrożonek)

cebula (1 większa)

koperek (ilość wg uznania)

pietruszka (j.w.)

czosnek (1-2 ząbki przeciśnięte)

przyprawy (wg uznania np. sól, pieprz, chili, vegeta, itp.)

śmietana (duża 450-500g)

makaron

ser żółty (tarty do posypania)

bazylia (do posypania na koniec)

Prepare instructions:

Piersi pokroić na kawałki (jak na mięso gulaszowe), następnie przyprawić przyprawami dodać przeciśnięty czosnek. Wszystko wymieszać i pozostawić na chwilę. Brokuły ugotować. Ugotować makaron. W garnku na oleju poddusić pokrojoną cebulę, następnie wrzucić przyprawione mięso, posiekaną pietruszkę i koperek (poddusić aż mięso zbieleje), dodać ugotowane brokuły (wymieszać), zalać śmietaną i jeszcze chwilę podgotować. Na ugotowany makaron wlać przygotowany sos, na wierzch posypać tarty ser i chwilę podgrzać w mikrofali (do roztopienia sera), na koniec wokół dania posypać odrobiną bazylii.

Czytajac przepis wyglada to na apetyczne danie mniam mniam ... az slinka mi cieknie, niestety jeszcze tego nie robilam ale dzis zrobie i na pewno napisze jak wyszlo i jak smakowalo ;-)

To jest po prostu pyszne!!! Smakuje podobnie jak to, które gdzieś kiedyś jadłam, bardzo mi smakowało, ale nie miałam pojęcia co to jest.
