Pyszny placek z wiśniami

Very easy

Ingredients:

15 dkg margaryny
szklanka cukru pudru
4 jajka
2-3 łyżki mleka
25 dkg mąki
płaska łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
50 dkg wiśni
cukier puder do posypania

Prepare instructions:

1. Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem pudrem i żółtkami dodając w czasie ucierania mleko.

2. Do utartych produktów dodać mąkę przesianą z proszkiem do pieczenia.

3. Z białek ubić pianę i wymieszać z ciastem.

4. Wyłożyć ciasto na blachę wyłożoną papierem do pieczenia.

5. Na surowe ciasto ułożyć pozbawione pestek wiśnie, upiec na złoty kolor.

6. Lekko przestudzone ciasto posypać cukrem pudrem.

Ciasto nie nadaje się do dłuższego przechowywania, ale akurat z tym nie ma problemu bo znika w ekspresowym tempie.

Z przyczyn technicznych piekę "na oko" także nie jestem w stanie podać ani temperatury ani czasu, ale ciasto polecam bo świetne
