Czy szpinak musi być świeży? A jeżeli mrożony, to który? W liściach , czy mielony?
Bardzo lubię szpinak, ale nie zawsze można dostać świeży.

Szczerze mowiac, nie wiem. Nigdy nie probowalam nic przyrzadzac z mrozonego szpinaku. Ale przypuszczam, ze mozna sprobować. Do odwaznych swiat nalezy!

Najlepszy mrożony szpinak jest z Bonduelle w kostkach, trzeba pamiętać o dodaniu gałki muszkatułowej . Dobrym pomysłem jest dodanie do szpinaku sera typu feta Pyycha
