Ingredients:

9 jajek
25 dkg mielonych migdałów
9 łyżek cukru
1 czubata łyżka mielonych biszkoptów
2 duże pomarańcze
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia 25 dkg masy marcepanowej do obłożenia

Prepare instructions:

Pomarańcze (całe) gotować 4 razy po kilka minut, za każdym razem w świeżej wodzie Żółtka ubić zcukrem, dodać migdały ,biszkopty i proszek. Pomarańcze zmielć w maszynce do mięsa( ja miksuję w melaksrze), wcześniej oczywiście usunąć z nich pestki. Dodać do żółtek Białka ubić na pianę i delikatnie wymieszać z masą Piec ok godziny w temp 180 st Po wystudzeniu całe ciasto obłożyć rozwałkowanym marcepanem
Ciasto jest pyszne i długo zachowuje świeżość
Świetne na Boże Narodzenie

Rozumiem, że pomarańcze nie są obierane ze skórki. A do jakiej wody je wkladamy za każdym razem, zimnej czy gorącej?
