Risotto z zieloną fasolką

Ingredients:

500 g ryżu
250 g fasolki szparagowej
5 szklanek bulionu
2 cebule
4 łyżki oleju
2 łyżki pestek słonecznika
250 g zieleniny
1 łyżka rodzynek
sok z 1/2 cytryny
sól, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Fasolkę oczyścić, umyć, pokroić. Zagotować bulion, wrzucić fasolę, ponownie zagotować. Cebule obrać, posiekać, zeszklić na 2 łyżkach oleju. Wsypać ryż, posolić, smażyć, mieszając, przez 2-3 min. Bulion z fasolą wlewać po łyżce wazowej do ryżu, gotować na wolnym ogniu. Pestki uprażyć na suchej patelni, wystudzić. Zieleninę opłukać, osuszyć posiekać. Gdy ryż wchłonie bulion, zdjąć z ognia, dodać pestki, zieleninę, rodzynki, sok z cytryny i 2 łyżki oleju. Wymieszać, przyprawić, odstawić na 5-10 min.
