Ingredients:

Na 100 sztuk:
1 kg mąki pszennej
2 kostki margaryny
4 jajka
6 łyżek cukru
1 szklanka mleka
10 dag drożdży
marmolada (najlepiej twarda z dzikiej róży)
cukier waniliowy (16g)

Prepare instructions:

Miękką margarynę z mąką rozcieramy ręką w misce.Jajka ucieramy z 4 łyżkami cukru i dodajemy do ciasta.
Drożdże z 2 łyżkami cukru rozrabiamy w ciepłym mleku i wlewamy do ciasta.
Dodajemy cukier waniliowy i wyrabiamy,aż ciasto będzie odchodzić od ręki.Wstawiamy na 2 godziny do lodówki.
Formujemy gałki wielkości pomarańczy.Rozwałkowujemy i smarujemy marmoladą.Każdą kroimy na 8 trójkątów i zwijamy od szerszego końca (można posmarować białkiem i posypać zwykłym bądź grubym cukrem ale wtedy nie sypiemy cukrem pudrem).Układamy na blasze.Pieczemy około 25 minut w temperaturze ok. 180 stopni.

Gotowe rogaliki posypujemy cukrem pudrem.

Rogale sa pycha tylko te dwie margaryna moim zdaniem jest za dużo
