Rosol na boczku

Ingredients:

wloszczyzna
marchewka
boczek (kazda ilosc dozwolona:)
2 piersi z kurczaka
natka pietruszki
kostka rosolowa
pieprz
lisc laurowy
plat cebuli opalany
makaron

Prepare instructions:

W duzym garnku gotujemy wloszczyzne ,marchewke, lisc laurowy, wrzucamy kostke rosolowa. Boczek i piers z kurczaka kroimy w drobna kostke i smazymy na patelni na malym ogniu bez tluszczu. W czasie smazenia nie solimy boczku tylko lekko pieprzymy.

Gdy boczek wytopi tluszcz, ale nie bedzie przyrumieniony wrzucamy wszystko do wywaru(jak warzywa beda prawie miekkie) i zmniejszamy ogien. Opalamy plat cebuli na ogniu i wrzucamy do garnka. Gotujemy jeszcze ok.10-15min.

Nastepnie dodajemy natke pietruszki gotujemy makaron i dosmaczamy wedle uznania.

Niestety nie moge napisac liter polskich poniewaz moj laptop ma angielskie znaki!!

Jesli zauwazyles ze nie tylko rosol jest tak napisany...:)
