Ingredients:

Nie wiem, czy można nazwać to przepisem, ale żurawina jest tak przepyszna, że nie trzeba nic więcej poza nią samą. Jeśli jakimś cudem ktoś nie próbował tego owocu, to szczerze polecam. Na jesienne chłody jest idealna, rozgrzewająca i przede wszystkim bardzo zdrowa, idealna na przeziębienia.

2 łyżeczki żurawin w cukrze, ja dostałam kilka słoiczków od mamy (są przepyszne), myślę że można zastąpić konfiturą, ale nia ma jak przetwory mamusi :)

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie jest banalne. Zaparzamy herbatę. Jeśli mamy surowa żurawinę , tak jak ja, czekamy chwilę, aż herbata będzie ciepła a nie gorąca. Wtedy żurawina nie straci zbyt dużo witamin. Dodajemy 2 łyżeczki żurawim i mieszamy. Czekamy, aż sie zaparzą i gotowe.

Taka herbatka z żurawiną to najpyszniejsze, co może być :) Uwielbiam! Ja niestety nie mam takich słoiczkowych, ale znalazłam wspaniały substytut w postaci herbatek Biofixu. Robią wspaniałe herbaty bez konserwantów. Z żurawiną mają 3 wersje smakowe - z jabłkiem, maliną i granatem. Wszystkie 3 godne polecenia!

tez robie sobie taki napój,tylko bez herbaty.sama żurawina z woda.żurawine zawsze kupuje swieżą jesienią,mielę z cukrem i do słoików bez pasteryzacji.samo zdrowie.
