Majowa pokrzywa,majowe listki jagód, majowe listki malin, kwiat czarnego bzu ,kwiat lipy,50 g dziurawca ,melisa, mięta, jabłuszka rajskie, pigwa, skóra z cytryny, skórka z pomarańczy- wszystkie składniki suszone

paczka herbaty zielonej o smaku opuncji, paczka herbaty czarnej,paczka herbaty hibiskus

Prepare instructions:

Jak zrobić ; po prostu wszystko wysuszyć ,wymieszać i pić bez ograniczeń , herbata jest bardzo zdrowa, bardzo smaczna ,doskonale gasi pragnienie .

Wszyscy moi goście są zachwyceni niecodziennym smakiem i zapachem herbatki, my z córką jesteśmy uzależnione od tego napoju, ha ha, po prostu każda inna herbata nam nie smakuje

Herbatka ciekawa, tylko gdzie dostać listki malin, jagód, rajskie jabłuszka, resztę składników można kupić w zwykłym sklepie, lub zielarskim, a te składniki to nie wiem.

Dodaję do ulubionych może uda mi się skompletować składniki i posmakuję herbatki, wtedy podzielę się opinią :)

Trzeba zaczekać do maja i większość składników można zebrać od zaprzyjażnionych działowiczów i na spacerach w lesie, zapomniałam napisać o jeszcze jednym, mianowicie dodaję również zasuszone płatki róży cukrowej. Pozdrawiam
