SKŁADNIKI:

· 1kg platów rybnych pangi lub mintaja ( nie solić)

Ciasto naleśnikowe ;

· 1,5 szklanki mąki

· 1 szklanka wody

· 1 łyżeczka vegety

Zalewa:

· 1,5 szklanki wody

· 0,5 szklanki oleju

· 1 przecier pomidorowy

· 4 łyżki octu

· 4 łyżki cukru

· 8 łyżek ketchup

· Sól

Warzywa:

· 3 duże cebule

· 1 słoik ogórków konserwowych

· 1 słoik papryki konserwowej

Prepare instructions:

PRZYGOTOWANI

1.		Rybę podzielić na kawałki, posypać Vegetą i odstawić na kilkanście minut.

2.		Z mąki, wody i jajek ubić ciasto naleśnikowe. Kawałki ryby maczać w cieście i obsmażyć.

3.		Z dwóch szklanek wody, ketchupu, koncentratu, octu, cukru, soli i pieprzu przygotować zalewę- zagotować.

4.		Cebule, papryke i ogórki pokroić w kostke.

5.		Do naczynia kłaść warstwami ryba, warzywa, ryba, warzywa, całość zalać gorącą zalewą. Rybe pozostawic na noc w lodówce aby przeszła smakiem. Życzę smacznego

No i co dalej z tą rybą, od razu jeść, czy ma poleżeć w tej zalewie, czy to może w słoiki kłaśc?

Przygotowaną rybę pozostawic najlepiej na noc w lodówce aby sie przegryzła. Jesli masz ochote włożyc ja do słoika nie ma przeciwskazań.
