ryż jabłka pomarańcze rodzynki figi morele suszone daktyle migdały cukier jajka gęsta śmietana cynamon masło orzechy

Prepare instructions:

Ryż ugotować na sypko,do ciepłego dołożyć bakalie(duże pokroić na drobno),pokrojone w kostki jabłko,migdały(wcześnej spażone i posiekane)1/3kostki masła,100gr.śmietany,posiekane orzechy.z jajek ukręć kogiel mogiel i dodaj do wymieszanego ryżu.Na wierzch posyp cynamonem.Nie podaję ilości składników bo to może zależeć od tego co kto lubi i czy może bardziej lub mniej słodkie.ja nie lubię bananów więc nie dodaję a moja córka dodaje,wszystko może zależeć od nastroju i smaku.Jest to ulubiona potrawa mojej rodziny podczas Wigilii(zaraz po karpiu).

Pamiętajcie, że najlepsze rodzynki są po namoczeniu w cieplym mleku.

Naprawdę pyszne:) tak że warto robić znacznie częściej niż tylko na Wigilię:))) Ja zrobiłam z suszonymi daktylami, morelami, rodzynkami i świeżym bananem i oczywiście duuużą ilością cynamonu.
Aha- i posłodziłam miodem:)
