Ingredients:

1 kapusta czerwona
1,5 kg papryki czerwonej i żółtej
1 kalafior
6 kg ogórków
1 kg cebuli
1 kg marchwi
0,5 szkl oleju
1,5 szkl octu
3/4 szkl cukru
sól, pieprz, gorczyca,
ziele ang, liść laurowy

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę szatkujemy, paprykę kroimy w paseczki i gotujemy 3 min, kalafior kroimy na różyczki i gotujemy 6 minut, ogórki kroimy w plastry i solimy po wymieszaniu z kapustą i marchewką startą na dużych oczkach, a cebulkę też kroimy i zalewamy wrzątkiem, gdy całość przestygnie, to mieszamy wszystkie składniki i zostawiamy na ok. 5 godzin, po czym dodajemy pozostałe składniki dokładnie mieszamy i wkładamy do słoiczków. Pasteryzujemy od 20 do 30 minut. Smacznego.
