Sałatka Hawajskie Niebo

Ingredients:

Pierś z kurczaka
1 torebka ryżu (polecam Basmati)
Puszka ananasa w zalewie
Puszka kukurydzy
Papryka czerwona
Łyżka orzechów włoskich
Zioła prowansalskie
Sól ziołowa
Curry
Majonez

Prepare instructions:

Pierś z kurczaka posypac ziołami prowansalskimi i upiec w piekarniku (ok.20 min)
Następnie upiczone mięso pokroic w kostke. Ananasa odsączyć z zalewy, pokroic, dodac do kurczaka i kukurydzy. Papryke pokroić w drobną kostkę dodać do całości.Ryż ugotować w osolonej wodzie z dadatkiem łyżki oleju(nie bedzie kleisty), odsączyc i dodac do niego łyżke przyprawy curry.
Wszystkie składniki wymieszać , dadać podprażone na suchej patelnii orzechy włoskie.Sos majonezowo - ananasowy:

Majonez wymieszać z sokiem z ananasów, aby powstał sos, doprawić da smaku solą ziołową
Sałotkę poloać sosem, wymieszać i podawąć schłodzoną

Smakuje rewelacyjnie!!!!!!! Moi znajomi nie mogą sie nią najeść :)) zawsze znika najszybciej ze stołu
