sałatka Olki - zaskakująca

Ingredients:

- puszka kukurydzy konserwowej;
- 25 dag chudej wędliny: szynki, polędwicy, drobiowej itp.
- mała puszka solonych orzeszków;
- garść rodzynek;
- 2-3 łyżki majonezu;
- świeżo zmielony czarny pieprz do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Rodzynki zalać wrzątkiem, po kilku minutach odcedzić i osuszyć.
Wędlinę pokroić w kwadraciki.
Kukurydzę odcedzić.
Orzeszki niezbyt drobno pokroić.

Wszystkie składniki wymieszać, doprawić do smaku pieprzem.

Sałatka jest bardzo smakowita natychmiast po zrobieniu, a na drugi dzień to poezja smaku :))

:) Faktycznie zaskakująy smak :D. Ciekawe połączenie składników - a mina męża po 1 łyżce (najpierw zdziwienie, a zaraz potem rozanielenie) - niezapomniana! Piątko, Twoje przepisy są fantastyczne :) Urozmaicają mi ostatnio kuchnię (ku uciesze męża ;).

geller, dziękuję za pozytywny komentarz, dzisiaj zrobiłam po dłuuuuuuuuugiej przerwie tę sałatkę na babskie spotkanie i wklejam wreszcie fotkę :)

Ciekawy przepis,jeszcze nie jadłam sałatki z orzechami.
