Salatka tetniaca zyciem

Ingredients:

pöl glowki kapusty pekińskiej
peczek rzodkiewek,
puszka kukurydzy,
puszka fasolki czerwonej,
ogörek zielony,
3-4 marchewki,
nieco zielonej pietruszki,
jablko,
szczypta cukru,
söl, pieprz,
majonez (wersja light - jogurt naturalny)

Prepare instructions:

Kapuste pekinskä poszatkowac, wrzucic do miski, pokroic rzodkiewki, ogörek zielony oraz jablko w kostke, poszatkowac pietruszke, marchewke utrzec na srednich oczkach na tarce. Wszystkie warzywa dodac do kapusty pekinskiej. Dodac majonez (jogurt), dosmaczyc.

Salatka prosta w wykonaniu, kolorowa i co najwazniejsze - przepyszna! Doskonale komponuje sie z piersiami z kurczaka czy tez pieczenia ze schabu (sprawdzone!). Polecam.

Sałatka na pewno pyszna ale wolę żeby nic mi w sałatce nie "żyło" hihi...

Sałatka jest rewelacyjna i na stałe wchodzi do jadłospisu... Bardzo dziękuję, a to że tętni życiem jest jej zaletą ;o)
