Sałatka z kurczakiem curry szybka, prosta i smaczna od Mężatki

Ingredients:

1 filet z kurczaka
mała puszka ananasa (kostka lub plastry)
ser żółty
1 puszka kukurydzy konserwowej
majonez
curry 2 łyżki
pieprz
sól
makaron (wstążki lub świderki)
Opcjonalnie można dodać jeszcze szynkę pokrojoną w kosteczkę.

Prepare instructions:

Filet z kurczaka umyć i pokroić w kosteczkę.
Poddusić na patelni aż bedzie nie surowy.
W między czasie ugotować makaron al'dente.
Ananas kroimy w kostkę.
Ser zetrzeć na tarce z dużymi oczkami.

Do dużej miski włożyć ugotowany makaron, podduszony filet z kurczaka, ananas,
ser żółty, odcedzoną kukurydzę i szynkę.
Całość wymieszać.

Majonez połączyć z curry i zalać składniki.

Dokładnie wymieszać, doprawić do smaku solą i pieprzem.

UWAGI:
Jak ktoś nie bardzo lubi curry polecam dać na początek 1 łyżkę.

Moj małżonek niecierpi curry, ale gdy skosztował tej sałatki zasmakował w niej.
Curry w połączeniu z ananasem bardzo mu się podoba.

sałateczka pyyychchota ,zrobiłam na okajonalną imprezę i od wtedy robiłam ją już kilka razy.Moje dzieci życzyły ją sobie nawet na obiad.Pozdrawiam i dziękuję
