0,5 szkalnki cukru

0,5 kostki masła

2 jajka

4 łyzki kakao

0,5 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Masa:

6 serków waniliowych po 200g (rolmlecz)

1 szkalnka cukru pudru

0,75 kostki małsa

0,5 łyżeczki sody

5 jajek

2 łyzki mąki ziemniaczanej

kilka kropel zapachu migdałowego lub kokosowego

ewentualnie płatki migdałowe

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:

zagnieść wszystkie składniki dokładnie i schowac do zamażarki na czas robienia masy

Masa:

wszystkie składniki dokładnie zmiksowac

Na blaszce wyłożyc połowe ciasta na całe dno

wlać mase

reszte ciasa zetrzeć na tarce o grubych oczkach bezpośrednio na mase

Piec około 40 minut w tem. 180

lub 30 minut w teromoobiegu 180 st.

Ewbert . Było by miło gdybyś podała gramaturę serków. Sama nazwa nic nie mówi. Tutaj gdzie mieszkam nie ma i nigdy nie było serków
"rolmlecz" . Myślę, że przecież nie chodzi o firmę ale o to aby był to serek homogenizowany. Jednak waga serka jest już ważna z uwagi na różne wielkości opakowań. Pozdrawiam.

Jeden serek waży 200g

co do marki - te serki nie sa bardzo słodkie, mają swojego rodzaju kwaskowy smak.

napewno nie polecam danona w zastępstwie, może waniliowego bielucha??
