Ingredients:

Ciasto kruche:
0,5 kg mąki
25 dag margaryny
15 dag cukru
2 żółtka
szczypta soli
aromat waniliowy.

Masa serowa:
1,3 kg sera
1 szkl śmietany
1 szkl cukru
1/2 kostki masła
10 jaj
1 budyń waniliowy
aromat waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Wszystkie składniki zagnieść i wlożyc do lodówki.

Masa serowa :
Ser zemleć 2 razy( ja wrzucam do robota i mieszam za pomoca noża). W tym czasie topie masło i ubijam piane z bialek z odrobiną soli.
Gdy ser jest dobrze przetarty dodaje śmietanę, aromat waniliowy, żółtka utarte z cukrem budyń i znów mieszam w malakserze.Na koniec dodaje piane z białek i zimne roztopione masło.
Masy jest zwykle dużo i wyrabiam ja juz teraz delikatnie z białkami nie robotem ale łyżką dzieki czemu sernik jest pulchny.

Blaszke wyłożyć papierem do pieczenia wylepić ciastem i wylać mase serową. Piec godzinę w temp okolo 180 stopni. Gdyby sie mocno podpiekal sernik od góry przykryć folia aluminiową. Po upieczeniu zostawić okolo 15 minut w uchylonym piekarniku.

Mój sernik zwykle pęka. Polewam go polewa czekoladowa jest pyszny puszysty i wilgotny. Nawet moja córcia go uwielbia.

Jak zrobię na Wielkanoc to zamieszcze zdjęcia.

Ja dodaje zamiast śmietany , duży serek Danio jest aksamitny -polecam.
