Ingredients:

Na ciasto
- 1,5 szklanki mąki
- 8 dkg margaryny
-0,5 szklanki cukru
- 1 jajko , 1 łyzeczka proszku do pieczenia
Wszystkie składniki zagnieść na kruche ciasto

Masa serowa
-75 dag ( ja daje 1 kilogram) twarogu
- 5 jaj
- 1 szklanka cukru
- 3 łyzki oleju
- 3 łyzki gestej smietany
- 0,5 litra mleka
- 1 budyń śmietankowy lub waniliowy
- 10 dag lub więcej wiórków kokosowych

Do wersji zielonej nalezy dodac do piany barwnik

Prepare instructions:

Twaróg zmielić , zółtka utrzeć z cukrem , dodać olej, śmietane , twaróg , mleko , budyń . Dobrze wszystko zmiksować , musi być konsystencja śmietany . Kruchym ciastem wylepić blaszke , mase serową wylać na ciasto i piec 50 minut

Ubić piane z białek i 3/4 szklanki cukru i dodać 2 łyzki mąki ziemniaczanej

Po 50 - sieciu minutach wyjać sernik z piekarnika i połozyć na wierzch ubite białka , na wszystko posypać wiórkami kokosowymi i piec jeszcze 15 - 20 minut

Przepis dostałam od koleżanki , zawsze mi sie udaje . Życzę smacznego

Zapomnialam ja pieke w 180 stopni z termoobiegiem

a gdzie kupujesz barwniki spożywcze, ja jeszcze nie spotkałam w moich okolicznaych sklepach, może się niezbyt uważnie rozglądałam!!!
