Ingredients:

3 szklanki maki tortowej

1 szklanki cukru

5 żółtek

2 łyżki proszku do pieczenia

1 kostka margaryny Palmy

Wszystko ugniatamy na kruszonkę, włączam mikser i powstaje kruszonka.

Masa serowa:

3 duże ukwaszone śmietany (3x400 ml)

1 szklanka cukru

1budyń śmietankowy

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia.

5 białek - ubitych na sztywno

(tak tak to nie pomyłka nie ma tu sera!!!!)

Prepare instructions:

Wszystkie składniki masy mieszamy razem na końcu dodajemy te usztywnione białka.

Kruszonkę - ciasto - 2/3 wysypujemy na blaszkę i delikatnie ugniatamy tworzymy spód, na to wylewamy masę śmietanową i posypujemy reszta kruszonki .

Uwaga z doświadczenia wiem, że czasem ta kruszonka jest drobniutka taka większa kaszka - idealna wtedy jest, a innym razem większe grudki, wtedy resztę 1/3 zagniatamy w kulę i wkładamy do zamrażalnika i zacieramy na wierzch sernika na grubych oczkach tarki.

Wkładamy do piekarnika ok. 180 stopni 40 min, ja mam gazowy piekarnik wiec kładę blaszkę na najwyższym poziomie i jak kruszonka na wierzchu jest już rumiana to wyjmuję.

Proszę nie panikować jak pięknie wyrośnięty sernik zacznie opadać - tak ma być.

Sprawa z sernikiem wygląda tak: jest szybki, prosty, tani, no i tylko jedna miska się brudzi.

sernik jest bardzodobry robilam czesto. czasem dodaje wiorka kokosowe 200g chyba dzieki nim bardziej przypomina styropian. dodaje tez czasem dzem lub powidlo. smaruje niem kruszonke a na to mase.

Lubie kokos wiec pewnie nastepnym razem wypróbuje a marmolada na spodzie moze dodac kwaskowatosci !!!

W jaki sposób należy wykonać masę śmietanową? Nie ma o tym nic w przepisie ;)
