Świetny sernik :) Wychodzi rzeczywiście bardzo puszysty i nie opada zanadto. Ponieważ ilość sera nie została w przepisie dokładnie określona, ja wzięłam 1,5 kg twarogu półtłustego i piekłam w blaszce o wymiarach ok. 28x35 (dosyć głębokiej). Polecam gorąco :)
