Sernik waniliowo - kakaowy z polewą malinową

Ingredients:

1,30 kg sera białego półtłustego
1 budyń waniliowy na 0,5 litra mleka + 1 łyżka mąki ziemniaczanej
2 cukry waniliowe po 32 g każdy
8 jajek
1 szklanka cukru
2 czubate łyżki kakao
1/2 kostki masła (125 g)

Polewa malinowo-kakaowa:
1 szklanka mrożonych malin
1/4 szklanki wrzącej wody
2-3 łyżeczki czubate cukru
1 łyżeczka kakao

szklanka = 250ml

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka oddzielić od białek, dodać cukier i cukier waniliowy, masło, utrzeć do białości.
Następnie dodać zmielony biały ser, budyń, mąkę ziemniaczaną i dalej ucierać, na końcu delikatnie połączyć z ubitą na sztywno pianą z białek.

Odłożyć 1/4 masy serowej i wsypać kakao, delikatnie wymieszać. Blaszkę o wymiarach 24x28cm wyściełać papierem do pieczenia i wyłożyć masę z kakao, przykryć białą masą serową (można na wierzchu położyć kilka ciemnych łatek z sera).

Piec w 180 st. C około 60 min. Na talerzyki wlać po 2-3 łyżki polewy, ukroić po kawałku wystudzonego sernika i udekorować wg własnego uznania.

Wykonanie polewy:
Do gorącej wody dodać cukier i kakao i dokładnie wymieszać, wlać do malin i zmiksować blenderem.
Smacznego.

No,przyznam że ciężko patrzeć na ten sernik a nie móc go dosięgnąć.
