Spaghetti z pesto pietruszkowo- czosnkowym i paryczką chili

Ingredients:

500g makaronu spaghetti lub innego ulubionego

Pesto czosnkowo-pietruszkowe

2 pęczki prawdziwej drobnej natki pietruszki ( nie grubej, bo pesto nie będzie miało smaku)

2 ząbki czosnku

oliwa z oliwek

sól

Dodatkowo:

2 łyżki oliwy

2 papryczki chili

Prepare instructions:

Bardzo smaczne spaghetti z pesto i papryczką chilli, smak idealny, oczywiście polecam go osobom lubiącym natkę pietruszki, czosnek i chili, potrawa jest lekko pikantna, całej naszej rodzince bardzo smakuje.

Papryczkę chili oczyścić z pestek i drobno pokroić (jeżeli lubimy potrawy bardziej pikantne, kroimy razem z pestkami) Chwilkę podsmażać na oliwie z oliwek i wystudzić, dodać 2-3 łyżki pesto i troszkę wody z gotowania makaronu, wrzucić makaron, wymieszać i wyłożyć na talerze.

Ugotować makaron al dente, odcedzić i wrzucić do rondla z pesto i podsmażoną papryczką chili, dokładnie wymieszać.

Wykonanie pesto:

Natkę pietruszki umyć, odciąć grubsze łodygi i wrzucić do pojemnika blendera, dodać obrany czosnek, oliwę z oliwek, sól do smaku (oliwę dodawać stopniowo). Wszystko dokładnie rozdrobnić, jeśli pesto będzie za gęste, dodać jeszcze trochę oliwy.

No i własnie podrzuciłaś mi pomysł na dzisiejszy szybki obiad. Dzięki.

Chciałabym dodać, że oprócz tego, że makaron z pesto jest rewelacyjny, samo pesto jest doskonałe do doprawiania grillowanych warzyw.
