Witaj!  Ilość jaj nie przeraża ale ilość cukru to tak. Piszesz w składnikach -ser w wiaderku a w wykonaniu ser zmielić. Przecież w wiaderku ser jest mielony i o kremowej konsystencji ,że nie ma co się tam kruszyć. Jaki więc ten ser do mielenia czy wwiaderku. Pozdrawiam.

Crisen to jest przepis mojej babci i wstawiłam go w oryginale. Ja osobiści dodaję mniej cukru (ok. 40dag) ale niektórzy lubią słodsze. No i dokładnie tak jak napisałam - to że ser jest w wiaderku to jeszcze nic nie znaczy - jak byłam w Anglii to ichniejsze sery z wiaderka trzeba było mielić trzy razy żeby były kremowe  pozdrawiam gorąco !
