Sernik z ananasem

Ingredients:

Ciasto 2 jajka, 1,5 szkl. mąki, 1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia, 0,5 kostki margaryny, 0,5 szkl. cukru, 1 cukier waniliowy;

Masa serowa 4 serki homogenizowane (naturalne lub waniliowe), 1 budyń waniliowy (bez cukru), 4 jajka, 0,75 szkl. cukru, 2 cukry waniliowe, 2 płaskie łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, aromat cytrynowy

Ponad to: puszka ananasów (brzoskwinie, mandarynki), 0,5 kostki masła, 0,5 szkl. cukru, wiórki kokosowe

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto    Wszystko razem zagnieść i wyłożyć na dużą prostokątną blachę.

Masa serowa   Wszystko razem zmiksować.

Na ciasto nałożyć ananasy (brzoskwinie, mandarynki).Na to wlać przygotowaną masę serową.

0,5 kostki roztopionego masła, 0,5 szkl. cukru, 200 g wiórek kokosowych - utrzeć razem i posypać na masę serową.
Piec ok. 1 godz.

Mało pracochłonne a dobre. Do ciasta dałem trochę więcej mąki niż jest w przepisie bo było za rzadkie.

A te serki homogenizowane jakiej maja być wielkości, bo kurcze są różne w sklepie?

bardzo sycące i słodkie, mimo to ciasto rozeszło się w jeden dzień, na pewno nie raz je zrobię :)
