Sernik z serków homogenizowanych

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
2 szkl. mąki
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1/2 kostki miękkiej margaryny
1/2 szkl. cukru
2 jaja
żółtko

Masa budyniowa:
1l mleka
3 budynie czekoladowe

Masa serowa:
1/2 kostki miękkiej margaryny
1/2 szkl. cukru
4 serki homogenizowane waniliowe po 150g
3 jaja
białko
budyń śmietankowy

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Z podanych składników zagnieść ciasto i wyłożyć na blaszkę.

Masa budyniowa:
Ugotować budynie czekoladowe, gorące przełożyć na surowe ciasto i równo rozsmarować. Odstawić do wystygnięcia.

Masa serowa:
Margarynę utrzeć z cukrem i stale ucierając dodawać na przemian serek waniliowy i żółtka. Następnie wsypać budyń śmietankowy, wymieszać. Na końcu lekko mieszając połączyć z pianą z 4 białek i równo rozłożyć na zimnym budyniu czekoladowym.

Piec ok. 40 min. w temp. 180^oC. Po upieczeniu polać polewą czekoladową.

Jakiej wagi lub wielkosci maja byc serki?

Serki powinny mieć po 150g, ale jeśli będą mniejsze to można dać 5 serków
