Sernik z brzoskwiniami

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
3 szklanki mąki
1 kostka margaryny
3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
3 łyżki cukru
5 żółtek

Masa serowa:
0,5 kostki masła
0,5 szklanki cukru
1 jajko
3 serki homogenizowane waniliowe
1 budyń śmietankowy

białka z 5 jajek
1 szklanka cukru pudru
2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
1 puszka brzoskwiń

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto:
Wszystkie składniki razem zagnieść. Dobrze wyrobione ciasto podzielić na 2 części: 1 część schłodzić i wyłożyć na dno blachy, 2 część zamrozić i zetrzeć na wierzch.

Masa serowa:
Masło i cukier utrzeć razem na puszystą masę. Dodać jajko, a potem stopniowo serki i suchy budyń. Masę wylać na ciasto i wyłożyć na nią pokrojone w księżyce brzoskwinie.

Z białek, cukru pudru i mąki ziemniaczanej ubić sztywną pianę i wyłożyć ją na brzoskwinie.
Na sam wierzch zetrzeć na tarce jarzynówce zamrożoną część ciasta. Piec około 1 godziny w temperaturze 180 st. C.

ten przepis mam już od dawna w mojej kolekcji:) Tylko masę robię trochę inną:3 kostki sera(zmielić). 2 całe jajka,1 budyń śmietankowy, 1/2 kostki masłą, 1/2 szklanki cukru pudru.Wszystko mielę i na ciasto:)A do białek nie dodaje mąki. Ale przy najbliższej okazji poeksperymentuję z Twoim przepisem.
