Sernik z jagodami i winem

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
1,5 szklanki pokruszonych herbatników
0,5 szklanki orzechów włoskich
3 łyżki stopionego masła
2 łyżki brązowego cukru
2 łyzki rumu

Ser:
1,5 łyżki żelatyny
1/3 szklanki białego wytrawnego wina
200g serka śmietankowego
3/4 szklanki cukru
1/4 szklanki soku z cytryny
1,5 szklanki tłustej śmietany
osączonye i pokrojone w plastry brzoskwinie lub morele z puszki
1 szklanka dowolnych owoców jagodowych (maliny, jagody, truskawki)

Prepare instructions:

W duzym naczyniu wymieszać pokruszone ciastka, masło, brązowy ukier i rum. Przełozyc do formy. Wstawić do lodówki na 30 min. Żelatynę namoczyć w 1/4 szklanki wina, odstawić na 1 min.Mieszając podgrzewać na wolnym ogniu, aż calkowicie się rozpuści. Utrzeć serek śmietankowy, cukier, sok z cytryny i resztę wina na jednolitą masę. Domieszać rozpuszczoną żelatynę. Ubić śmietane na sztywno. Delikatnie domieszać śmietanę do masy serowej. Rozprowadzić 1/3 masy na przygotowanym spodzie, ułożyć morele i 1/2 owoców. Pokryć pozostałą masą. Wstawić do lodówki na 4 godziny. Przybrać pozostałymi owocami.

A jakie dobre! Ale zobacz moj inny przepis na sernik (ulubiony) "sernik czekoladowy z masłem orzechowym"...

Ksenusia, kolejne zdjecie ksiazkowe podobnie jak przy serniku z capuccino (i jeszcze cos by sie znalazlo), wypadaloby przynajmniej tytul ksiazki podac oraz autora..
