200g ciastek maślanych
100g masła
1kg wysokotłuszczowego sera np. philadelphia
200g serka mascarpone
300g cukru pudru
3 łyżki mąki
2 łyżeczki soku z cytryny
skórka z jednej cytryny
skórka z jednej pomarańczowej
łyżka cukru pudru z prawdziwą wanilią
100ml śmietany 30%
6 jajek
2 żółtka

Prepare instructions:

Delikatny, rozpływający się w ustach sernik, idealny schłodzony w lodówce...

Ciastka zmiksować z roztopionym masłem, wyłożyć tortownicę, dobrze przygnieść, wsadzić do lodówki na ok 30min.

Piekarnik nastastawić na 160st.

Sery wyłożyć do miski, delikatnie ale dokładnie wymieszać.

Dodać cukier,cukier z wanilią, mąkę i ponownie wymieszać.

Połączyć ze śmietaną, wymieszać.

Dodawać po jednym jajku, żółtka, mieszać.

Na koniec dodać sok cytrynowy wraz ze skórkami z cytryny i pomarańczy.

Delikatnie połączyć.

Sernik wyłożyć do tortownicy z ciastkami.

Piec ok 1,5h w 160st.

Studzić w zamknietym piekarniku ok 3h.

Witaj. Prawie dokladnie tak samo robie moja wersje tiramisu. Jedynie zamiast maki, daje porcje zelatyny, tak na wszelki wypadek. I nie pieke. Wszystkie skladniki nie wymagaja pieczenia. Serdecznie pozdramiam i wesolych Swiat zycze. Ela
