Jajka w kokilkach z boczkiem i szpinakiem

Ingredients:

Składniki:
(porcja dla dwóch osób)
4 plasterki wędzonego boczku
2 jajka
80 g świeżego szpinaku
ząbek czosnku
mały kawałek ostrej papryczki
łyżeczka masła
sól
pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Jajka zapiekane z boczkiem i szpinakiem to świetny pomysł na udane rozpoczęcie dnia. Mało skomplikowane śniadanie może stać się wykwintnym, sytym i smacznym posiłkiem.

Na patelni rozpuszczamy masło, dodajemy drobno pokrojony czosnek, chwile smażymy. Dorzucamy szpinak, dusimy przez minutę, przyprawiamy solą i pieprzem. W kokilkach rozkładamy po 2 plasterki boczku, na boczek rozkładamy szpinak a na wierzch wbijamy jajka. Na jajkach układamy pokrojoną w plasterki papryczkę, odrobinę solimy. Pieczemy w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200 stopni, przez 10- 15 minut, tak aby żółtko pozostało na miękko.

Zgadzam się bez mrugnięcia okiem, że tak podane jajka są rewelacyjne:) Robię je co prawda niezbyt często, ale regularnie, z tą małą różnicą, że dodaję jeszcze pomidory. I tym sposobem dzięki Tobie (boś mi przypomniała:)) zaserwuję takie jajeczka na niedzielne śniadanie, a co!;) Pozdrawiam!
