Ingredients:

1/2 kg sera śmietankowego (kupuję w Biedronce w 1/2kg kubełkach)
1 galaretka cytrynowa
1/2 litra śmietany kremówki
biszkopty kakaowe ( też z Biedronki)
2-3 łyżki cukru (jeżeli ktoś lubi bardziej słodkie ciasta to musi dać więcej)
Do dekoracji:
1 galaretka pomarańczowa lub cytrynowa
2 puszki mandarynek

Prepare instructions:

Na dnie średniej wielkości tortownicy ułożyć nasączone biszkopty (ja nasączam likierem bailleys)
Galaretkę rozpuścić w 1/2 szklanki wody i wystudzić. Serek przełożyć do miski i delikatnie zmiksować, dodając stopniowo galaretkę lekko krzepnącą. W drugiej misce ubić kremówkę z cukrem. Do ubitej dodawać stopniowo serek z galaretką. Można wymieszać łyżką lub mikserem. Wyłożyć na nasączone biszkopty i wstawić do lodówki.
Mandarynki odsączmy i na odzyskanym i podgrzanym soku rozpuszczamy galaretkę. Stydzimy. Na wirzch serniko-deseru wykładmy mandarynki i zalewamy zimną galaretką.

Wstawiamy do lodówki.
Możemy jeść już po dwu-godzinnym schładzaniu, ale lepszy jest gdy postoi troszkę dłużej.

chcę zrobić to ciacho,ale nie jestem pewna czy ta jedna galaretka utrzyma pół kg sera i pół litra śmietany

Aniula, galaretka jest rozpuszczona w 1/2 szklanki wody (to jest mało). Wtedy serniczek jest taki lekki, aksamitny, deserowy. Jeżeli obawiasz się, że 1 galaretka nie utrzyma sera i śmietany to po prostu dodaj 2 łyżeczki żelatyny.
